Close the Loop is a Notion AI agent that automates the final business tasks that happen when a project is marked complete, helping freelancers and agencies handle the “last mile” without manual follow-up. Once triggered, it reads the project database and creates four tailored outputs: a client handoff checklist, a portfolio case study, a testimonial request email, and an invoice reminder. It is fully data-driven, handles missing information gracefully, avoids duplicate outputs, and adapts to different project types, industries, and deliverables.
