Transforming a chaotic, 4-year-old corporate Google Drive into a streamlined, high-efficiency repository. The client was a growing regional operations team struggling with duplicate files, missing folders, and a complete lack of naming standards.
What I Did:
Audited over 3,000 corporate documents and removed a massive amount of duplicate file clutter.
Designed a standard 5-tier organizational taxonomy tailored to the company’s core business tracks.
Established and deployed a strict, mandatory naming convention framework (YYYYMMDD_DocumentName_v1.0).
The Result: Reduced employee file retrieval times from minutes down to just three clicks.

Title: Multi-Source CRM Contact Database Standardization
Project Description:
Scrubbing and consolidating messy consumer data lists compiled across multiple event sign-up forms and legacy sheets into a single, clean master file ready for database migration.
What I Did:
Executed deep deduplication across 15,000 rows of raw customer contact text records.
Normalized phone numbers into standard international formats and fixed mismatched date structures.
Cleaned up text columns by fixing typos, capitalizing names, and separating merged text fields.
The Result: Delivered a 100% error-free, tabular dataset ready for smooth CRM integration without any broken entries.

The problem I kept running into: every new client project meant re-explaining the brand to every AI tool from scratch. Figma Make didn't know the colors. Cursor didn't know the tokens. Claude didn't know the rules. I was the shared memory — and I kept losing things.
So I built Design System Gen. Entirely inside Figma Make. Powered by Claude API.

Every tool gets its own context file. All consistent with each other.
The part I'm most proud of: I'm a designer. I don't write code. The entire tool — UI, API integration, file generation logic — was built and shipped inside Figma Make. No external hosting. No separate codebase.
