The No-BS AI Jump-Start Pack — Designing AI Tools for Real Users I developed the No-BS AI Jump-Start Pack for people who want practical results from AI without having to become prompt engineers or wade through pages of jargon first. The pack contains 30 practical prompts covering real-world tasks including writing, planning, research, decision-making, problem solving and everyday productivity, together with a simple framework for checking and improving AI output. The design principle was deliberately straightforward: each tool should solve a recognisable problem, be easy to adapt, and help someone get useful work done rather than simply demonstrate what AI can do. Developing the pack involved identifying useful everyday AI applications, designing reusable prompt structures, testing the resulting outputs, refining the instructions and packaging everything into a concise resource that people can actually use. The objective is less guessing, less jargon and more useful results from AI. This product was developed and internally tested as part of a live 30-day commercial AI experiment. Instead of assuming the AI itself is the problem, the process examines the prompt systematically: what the user is actually trying to achieve, whether enough context has been supplied, how clearly the task is defined, what constraints are missing, and whether the required output has been properly structured. The Health Check identifies the main causes of poor output and provides practical recommendations for improving the prompt and making the interaction more reliable. The objective is deliberately simple: diagnose the problem before making the solution more complicated. 24-Hour AI Workflow Blueprint — From Business Problem to Practical AI Plan I developed a practical workflow-review system designed to help small businesses identify where AI can genuinely save time — and, just as importantly, where human judgement should remain in control. The process starts with a structured business questionnaire covering repetitive tasks, existing software, time-consuming processes, desired improvements and areas that should not be automated. That information is then analysed to identify bottlenecks, quick wins and realistic opportunities for AI assistance. The resulting Blueprint provides prioritised recommendations, practical workflows, suggested tools and prompts, implementation steps, and clear human/AI boundaries. I also built and tested the supporting intake and delivery workflow so the complete review can be produced within 24 hours of receiving the required information. The objective isn't “AI everywhere”. It's less repetitive work, clearer processes and practical improvements that a business can actually use.
