Cleaned up text columns by fixing typos, capitalizing names, and separating merged text fields. The Result: Delivered a 100% error-free, tabular dataset ready for smooth CRM integration without any broken entries.

What I Did: Audited over 3,000 corporate documents and removed a massive amount of duplicate file clutter. Designed a standard 5-tier organizational taxonomy tailored to the company’s core business tracks. Established and deployed a strict, mandatory naming convention framework (YYYYMMDD_DocumentName_v1.0). The Result: Reduced employee file retrieval times from minutes down to just three clicks.
