Built CommStrat's agency website and backend lead automation system. Designed positioning, service architecture, and CTA flow for a B2B marketing automation brand. On the backend, built a GoHighLevel workflow triggered by web form submissions — branching on email behavior (opened, clicked, ignored) to route leads through targeted re-engagement sequences, including timeout paths, internal notifications, and a cold-lead recovery email. Full funnel, front to back.

Two completely different ways to sell the same skincare line. Which one would stop your scroll?
Scientific Luxury: Clinical, light, proof-heavy. "+47% radiance in 4 weeks," dermatologist stats, review counts, ingredient callouts. This version is selling you confidence in the formula.
Aspirational Beauty: Dark, moody, editorial. A close-up portrait, press mentions, "Beauty That Becomes a Ritual." This version is selling you a feeling.
Same brand, same product, same buttons. Only the emotional entry point changes.

Going Dark on this one. The editorial approach creates more of a pull because you're buying into a feeling before you even read a word. The clinical version is reassuring but it makes you think, this one makes you want.
I joined this year's Config Makeathon and decided to build something inspired by a problem I've repeatedly encountered while working in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
CRM platforms are built around flows, campaigns, and automations. Customers are not.
When trying to understand what a customer actually experienced, I often found myself jumping between multiple journeys, templates, campaigns, and reports just to answer a simple question:
What happened, why did it happen, and what happens next?
So I built Trace.
Trace is a lifecycle debugging tool that helps teams:
• Replay customer journeys in a single timeline
• Understand why communications were triggered
• Simulate future customer experiences before launch
• Review every message in one place
• Identify journey conflicts and lifecycle issues before they impact customers
The idea came from real CRM consulting work. To bring it to life, I used ChatGPT to refine the concept, challenge assumptions, and iterate on the product structure, then used Figma Make to rapidly turn those ideas into a working prototype. After several rounds of prompting, testing, and revisions, the concept evolved into the MVP shown here.
The project was designed and prototyped entirely in Figma Make.
