A sneak peek of what I’ve been working on for Kojo app
Rive (https://www.linkedin.com/company/rive-app/) animations for an app:
🎮 First screen a joystick.
You move it → your weight shifts → and the mascot runs forward or backward depending on the input direction. Everything is directly tied to user interaction.
⛰ Second screen a progress bar.
It’s connected to the first one: your goal is to reach the mountain. Movement equals progress.
🌗 Each screen has day / night modes, switching automatically.
🌊 Plus a water animation, to control your balance
I really enjoy when an interface doesn’t just respond, but feels like a small living world ✨

You’ve probably seen this cute fish around Spline, I really wanted to recreate it myself in Rive
(https://www.linkedin.com/company/rive-app/)Working on personal projects like this is something I find super important. Even if I made the same design and animation as in original one
No matter how busy we are with client or team work, creating just for yourself helps you grow the most.
That’s where you experiment, learn, and have fun.
