On the backend, built a GoHighLevel workflow triggered by web form submissions — branching on email behavior (opened, clicked, ignored) to route leads through targeted re-engagement sequences, including timeout paths, internal notifications, and a cold-lead recovery email. Built a full Shopify storefront for a Southern humor apparel brand and created all original AI-generated character artwork featured across the product line. Delivered complete store architecture including multi-collection navigation, product catalog setup, and branded storefront design aligned with the client's irreverent Southern voice.
