Marketing Bot — Content Approval Workflow
Marketing content was taking too many manual steps: finding topics, filtering useful ones, writing drafts, sending them for review, and moving approved content toward publishing.
I built an n8n workflow that pulls topics from RSS/news sources, filters them with JavaScript, stores selected items in Google Sheets, generates drafts with OpenAI, and sends approval emails with approve/reject actions.
I also added a queue system so every content item has a clear status instead of everything running like one messy direct automation.
The important part was not just generating content. AI helped with the draft, but human review stayed before anything went out.
