HarvestSafe. Designing a Digital Ecosystem for Farmers
What happens after a farmer harvests their produce?
For many farmers, the challenge doesn’t end at harvest. Finding the right buyer, accessing suitable storage, and getting produce to the market can be difficult and delays can lead to significant losses.
HarvestSafe was designed to help connect these parts of the journey in one platform.
As the Product Designer, I worked on creating a digital experience that helps farmers:
• Manage and track their harvests • Discover relevant market opportunities • Connect with buyers looking for their produce • Find suitable cold storage facilities • View storage conditions and availability • Manage the movement of produce through logistics
The goal was to make a complex agricultural process feel simple and connected.
I focused on creating a clear dashboard experience where farmers can quickly understand what is happening with their produce and easily move between harvesting, markets, storage, and logistics.
The final experience takes the farmer through a connected journey:
HARVEST → MARKET → STORAGE → LOGISTICS
Rather than treating these as separate problems, HarvestSafe brings them together as one ecosystem.
This project allowed me to work across product thinking, user flows, information architecture, dashboard design, and high-fidelity UI design, with a focus on creating a product that is not only visually clean but also useful in the real world.
From harvest to market, everything connected.
