Designing the EcoPortal Visitor Management System, a responsive platform for smart building access and security.
I worked on the UX flow, interface design, and onboarding experience, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and efficiency for both visitors and administrators.
Instead of a single scroll-based onboarding, I designed a screen-by-screen guided flow — a deliberate choice to reduce cognitive load and align with Jakob Nielsen’s usability heuristics.
