As a newly launched business, they were managing all inquiries and bookings through Facebook Messenger, making it difficult to organize reservations and scale their operations. I designed and built a complete five-page website on Base44—Home, Rentals & Services, Tours, About, and Book Now—featuring real vehicle photography, a comprehensive service catalog, and a fully interactive Baguio day-tour itinerary. The platform includes several workflow automations that streamline day-to-day operations: Booking Automation: Customer reservations are automatically submitted to the owner's dashboard as structured booking records, eliminating manual tracking through Messenger. Availability Management: Confirmed vehicle rentals automatically block out reserved dates, preventing double bookings and ensuring customers can only book available schedules. Tour Capacity Automation: Every successful tour reservation automatically deducts the number of booked seats from the available capacity, updating the remaining slots counter in real time.
