[ PROBLEM ]
In a busy world filled with work, responsibilities, and constant distractions, many people lose touch with their emotions, needs, and personal goals
While journaling can improve self-awareness and well-being, traditional journals are not always practical to use every day
[ SOLUTION ]
I created Digital Journal that makes self-reflection simple and accessible
The app helps users:
💎 Track mood and energy
💎 Reflect on daily experiences
💎 Practice gratitude
💎 Capture thoughts, memories, and dreams
💎 Build greater self-awareness over time
The goal was to combine the convenience of digital tools with the warmth of a scrapbook-style journal
[ TOOLS TESTED ]
During the Makeathon, I explored and tested:
✔️Claude + Figma MCP for generating initial wireframes
✔️Figma AI Agent for early concept exploration and wireframing
✔️Figma for core pages visual design
✔️Figma Make for building and testing the interactive prototype

⚒️ How we built it:
- Figma Weave: my sister's illustration studio — one consistent hand-drawn cat family, 20 characters, and UI components
- Figma Make: product logic + QA partner — I used it to test edge cases, catch usability gaps, and turn raw notes into business language. We found and fixed 10 issues this way earlier.
For everyone who taught their work should speak for itself, now it actually does!

The Brief Case is a 3-step tool built entirely in Figma Make that takes a designer from zero to a client-ready proposal in under 5 minutes.
Step 1 — Know your number
An hourly rate calculator built on your real financial data: personal expenses, business costs, desired salary, and billable hours. No more guessing.
Step 2 — Build your project
A brief generator that structures your scope: deliverables, revision rounds, rush fees, contractor costs, installments, and timeline — all feeding into your pricing automatically.
Step 3 — Send with confidence
A clean, personalized, client-facing proposal with an interactive timeline and payment schedule built in. Profit margin stays private. Only the right numbers reach the client.
Workflow:
Built using Figma Make with iterative prompting, design system styles pulled from an existing Figma file, and a multi-step UI flow connecting all three stages.
