I built BUILDForce Property Advisory to turn a common problem for a solo property advisor into a clear, repeatable booking workflow. Before BUILDForce, each new enquiry could require multiple messages to understand the client's needs, which consultation was appropriate, find a suitable time, and capture details needed for the conversion.
Now, the client completes a short property brief, receives a consultation, selects an available time, and confirms the booking in one guided journey. The advisor receives the client's purpose, location, budget, and objective alongside the appointment, with follow-up actions in one workplace.

NYC TaxAbate Advisors came to me with a clear purpose and a real gap to fill.
Ori Efroni spent years in New York property management watching self-managed condo and co-op boards miss the Cooperative and Condominium Tax Abatement year after year, not because they did not qualify, but because nobody was filing for them.
The brief was to build everything from the ground up. Brand strategy, logo design, visual identity and a full Webflow website, all designed to earn the trust of skeptical New York board members in under sixty seconds.
The result is a brand built on Quiet Authority. A custom skyline and keyhole mark. A palette of deep navy and warm linen. Copy that says exactly what needs to be said and nothing more.
