I poured a lot of energy into getting that dark-to-light transition just right. It was a risk pushing the browser with such heavy interactions, but I was determined to keep the performance score high. Seeing that balance recognized by the jury is the best kind of feedback 🙌
I really wanted to share this with my Contra community because this space pushes me to level up. Back to build mode now, but had to take a second to celebrate this win ❤️

I am a sucker for Interactive UI designs and I appreciate the way your design is encouraging the inner child in me to play around with elements and keep aside minimalism for a bit! I would love to know more about the tools you used for this project!!
That 'inner child' vibe is exactly what I was aiming for! Honestly, I feel like I'm just playing around most of the time tweaking values until I stumble onto something crazy. ⚡️
Regarding tools: It’s Webflow, GSAP, and Three.js.
I try to keep the stack as lean as possible, though....
