I transformed a raw business database containing duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing information into a clean, structured and CRM-ready dataset.
The workflow included data auditing, duplicate removal, field standardization, missing-value identification, spreadsheet organization and final quality control.

I created a competitive landscape analysis covering 10 businesses and compared their market positioning, pricing, digital presence, service model, brand strength and key differentiation signals.
The research was then organized into a structured competitor matrix to identify patterns in the market and highlight potential positioning opportunities.
The project demonstrates my ability to turn scattered public information into clear, decision-ready research for businesses evaluating a market, niche or competitive landscape.
