I transformed a raw business database containing duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing information into a clean, structured and CRM-ready dataset.
The workflow included data auditing, duplicate removal, field standardization, missing-value identification, spreadsheet organization and final quality control.
Deliverables include the raw dataset, cleaned database and a QA summary showing the improvements made.
This workflow can be adapted to customer databases, prospect lists, CRM exports, supplier data and other business datasets.
