🩺 Doctors get a full schedule, patient directory, clinical notes, and an in-session prescription generator
🛡️ Admins control everything — doctor approvals, patient management, analytics, and system health
Under the hood:
→ 5 PostgreSQL tables
→ Full REST API covering settings, doctors, patients, appointments, and prescriptions
→ Real-time settings sync via React Query
→ Full dark mode support
→ A floating settings panel on every page — switch clinic type, rename roles, change theme color, and toggle features on or off
