Design would influence my first impression, but clear turnaround times, accepted document types and verifiable credentials would earn the trust. Making those easy to find before someone uploads a document feels especially valuable here.
agreed, Rohan. turnaround time, accepted file types and the certification itself sit right next to the upload, before anyone commits. trust here is mostly logistics made visible
