Employee Management Dashboard – Leave & Activity System
Role: UI/UX Designer

HR teams struggled with managing employee leave requests and tracking approvals using spreadsheets and outdated tools, causing delays and confusion.

I designed a clean, data-driven dashboard with quick access to leave requests, approval status, monthly insights, and employee details—reducing decision time and improving clarity.

Not every website needs a complete redesign.
Sometimes the foundation is already there – it just needs a fresh perspective. An audit can uncover what's creating friction, where visitors get lost, and what small changes can make the biggest impact.
For this Kajabi project, we started with a full website audit, mapped out our recommendations, redesigned the updates in Figma, and then implemented everything on the live site. Fantastic work
The aim here was to show progress in a way that feels interesting.
We wanted something experimental, a bit more visual and unusual (even flashy) than what you typically see in enterprise software.
The result is an interactive timeline that shows how someone's skills are evolving over time. You can see the overall trajectory at a glance, then tap into any skill to watch it fluctuate across weeks or months. Aspects like communication, composure, confidence, each one broken down into sub-skills like verbal communication, active listening, written communication.
The summary tells you what's improved and what still needs work. But the design choice here was aesthetic as much as functional.
