Most presentation slides fail a simple test:
Can someone understand the main message in 3 seconds?
If not, the slide is asking the audience to work too hard.
When I redesign presentations, I usually look for three things:
• One clear takeaway per slide • Visual hierarchy before decoration • Data that supports the message, not competes with it
A good slide isn't the one with the most information.
It's the one that makes the right information impossible to miss.
What's the most cluttered slide you've seen recently?

Every slide should create a synergy between the design, information, and the message.

Completely agree. Design works best when it reinforces the message rather than competing with it. That's usually where hierarchy becomes critical.
