I developed an intelligent WhatsApp chatbot for a client, integrating their Wix Website Development services with automated customer support.
My client struggled with handling diverse customer inquiries across text, voice, and document formats efficiently. Processing varied media types manually created severe bottlenecks in their daily operations and delayed critical responses.
I designed an n8n workflow utilising advanced routing to process audio, images, and PDFs automatically. MongoDB vector search and OpenAI integrations power the central knowledge agent, ensuring accurate data retrieval and seamless WhatsApp communication."

We're not lonely because we don't have AI to talk to. We're lonely because we don't know what to say to the people we already love.
So I built Reach — a tool that does the opposite of every AI companion.
Every morning, it picks one person in your life who needs you, and drafts the way in.
When someone you love is struggling, it tells you what to say. And what not to say.
And the constellation view shows you, at a glance, the people quietly drifting out of your life.
It doesn't want to be your friend.
It wants you to text your brother.
