Financial health is immediately visible through real-time summaries of collected rent and pending amounts for specific billing periods.
The dashboard offers an intuitive room status overview, clearly highlighting vacant versus occupied units. Few months back, I set out to build Rentflow to solve the issue of classical rental management systems and I have come this far, engineering a centralized, multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up. Also this is kind of a personal project which I am currently using to manage some of my buildings.
I focused heavily on robust architecture, implementing strict Role-Based Access Control to securely separate tenant and property owner environments, and building a custom calculation engine for automated smart meter billing. Navigating server-side bottlenecks and structuring complex database triggers tested my problem-solving skills, but optimizing those backend workflows was incredibly rewarding.
Beyond the infrastructure, I wanted the application to be highly engaging, so I integrated crisp, event-driven sound effects to make the interface feel instantly responsive and alive. Seeing Rentflow successfully transform tedious, manual landlord operations into a seamless, automated digital experience has been the ultimate validation of this development journey.

Personal Finance Tracker | AI-Powered Money Management App
Managing personal finances is one of the biggest challenges people face today. Many users struggle to understand where their money goes each month, leading to overspending, missed bill payments, poor budgeting, and difficulty achieving financial goals. Most existing finance apps are either too complex, filled with unnecessary features, or fail to provide actionable insights that encourage better financial habits.
To solve this problem, I designed and developed a modern Personal Finance Tracker focused on simplicity, performance, and user experience. The application allows users to track income and expenses, create monthly budgets, monitor savings goals, categorize transactions, receive AI-powered spending insights, and visualize their financial progress through interactive dashboards and reports. The responsive design ensures a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The goal was not just to create another finance application, but to build a tool that helps users make smarter financial decisions. By presenting data in a clear and meaningful way, users can quickly identify unnecessary spending, improve budgeting habits, and stay on track toward their financial objectives.
