Plot twist: My teacher just asked for a simple project on plastic pollution, but i accidentally built an entire web app instead. 😅
Meet PlastiTrack — a tiny tracker to help you count your daily single-use plastic. The idea came from a simple problem: we all know plastic is bad for nature, but when we buy a ₹20 water bottle or chai in a plastic cup, our brain forgets about it in 2 minutes.
Truth is, nobody really remembers how many plastic water bottles, straws, or snack packets they throw away in a week. So I made this to turn that invisible habit into actual numbers.
What’s inside: • Zero-typing logging — just tap the + button when you grab a bottle or snack • Live tracker that calculates weight in grams + money (₹) spent • Practical eco-swaps for campus life. • Shows total grams + money (₹) wasted (so you feel the pain in your wallet too 😂) • A list of simple eco-friendly swaps you can actually use.
(Also please don't laugh at my video editing skills 💀. I spent hour at midnight fighting with a video editor just to make this small clip. Video editing is definitely not as easy as it looks!ðŸ˜)

Between 2018 and 2019, I built The End of Emotional Privacy, my Master's thesis at IAAC exploring how empathy could be felt physically.
I designed a bodysuit that translates emotions into real-time heat, using infrared sensors to read body temperature and heat pads built from conductive thread, so happiness, sadness, anxiety, and fear could be physically felt on the wearer's back. I paired it with a live p5.js visualization so people could see the detected emotional state as well as feel it.
It was selected for Global Grad Show in Dubai, later exhibited at the Design Museum of Barcelona, and covered by El PaÃs and TV3.

The Crown Remembers — A Yoruba Future, 2126
Inspired by the Met’s Yoruba Adénlá (Big Crown), I reimagined the crown as a living archive of ancestral memory in the year 2126.
Rather than simply creating a futuristic version of the original object, I explored what its symbols, craftsmanship, and connection to Yoruba ancestry could become in the future. Traditional beadwork, ancestral faces, birds, and the ceremonial veil are transformed through futuristic materials, light, and technology while preserving their cultural character.
The final work imagines a future where technological progress has not erased cultural identity. The crown becomes more than royal regalia—it becomes a bridge between generations, carrying the memory of the past into the future.
The central question behind the work:
What if, 100 years from now, our most advanced technology is still rooted in the memory of those who came before us?
