The Leap for sure. It feels more dynamic and energetic, like a real celebration moment. The upward motion makes the win feel bigger and more rewarding.
I was thinking of adding face expressions or something else for when the character hits the ground, to emphasize the celebration. Another possibility was to combine the jump and the dab into the same animation, but I'll test that after this poll 😂

It has a fun, playful vibe that fits perfectly for a quick win celebration. Both are super clean animations, hard to choose!

i think the emotions you are trying to evoke in the users matter and for usability purpose you want users to see what this is all about these should determine your choice of speed for the motion in question.
