In a recent portfolio case study, I analyzed the onboarding, adoption, and revenue health of 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒂𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑨𝑰, an AI-powered workflow automation tool for marketing teams.
What stood out to me was how clearly the numbers connected:
1 . When onboarding is incomplete, activation slows down.
2 . When activation slows down, adoption stays shallow.
3. And when adoption stays shallow, retention and revenue become fragile.
