I developed a complete AI-powered order processing workflow in n8n that automatically receives customer orders through a webhook, validates incoming data, stores the order in Google Sheets, sends confirmation emails, delivers Telegram notifications, and handles follow-up messages without manual intervention.
The workflow was designed to eliminate repetitive administrative tasks while ensuring customers receive immediate confirmations and businesses receive real-time notifications.
Problem
