Automated Business Overview Dashboard (Google Sheets)
Project Description:
I developed a fully automated and interactive executive dashboard using Google Sheets. This tool is designed to provide business leaders with a real-time, comprehensive overview of their critical performance metrics (KPIs) in a single, visually appealing interface.
Key Features:
Custom KPI Tracking: Real-time monitoring of essential metrics such as Total Revenue, Total Orders, Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rates, complete with period-over-period growth indicators.
Dynamic Data Visualization: Integration of clean, easy-to-read charts, including monthly sales revenue bar graphs and product category revenue pie charts.
Automated Data Sync: Built to seamlessly pull and process live data, eliminating the need for manual updates and ensuring 100% accuracy.
Impact: This dashboard empowers decision-makers to quickly analyze business health, identify sales trends, and make data-driven decisions without getting lost in raw spreadsheet data.
Meriot personal portfolio Website Homepage showcase
A portfolio website designed to turn personal expertise into a strong digital presence.
The goal was to create a website that communicates experience, personality, expertise, and credibility within the first few seconds.
I focused on:
Clear positioning and personal branding
Strong visual hierarchy
Editorial-style typography
Project-focused storytelling
UX/Product Design service presentation
Testimonials and social proof
Clear CTA for potential clients
Responsive, conversion-focused layouts
The visual direction combines minimal typography, bold imagery, dark/light sections, and subtle interactions to give the portfolio a distinctive personality without making it difficult to navigate.
Thinking about moving from Excel or Google Sheets to a CRM? Don’t migrate the problems with the data.
Before choosing or configuring a CRM, I usually check five things:
• Does every active lead have a clear owner?
• Is there always a defined next action?
• Are follow-up dates consistently tracked?
• Are lead statuses clear and used consistently?
• Could another team member understand the spreadsheet without asking for help?
If several answers are “no”, the problem may not be the CRM yet — it may be the workflow behind it.
A CRM works much better when the sales process is clear before migration starts. I created a free CRM Readiness Self-Check for small teams that want to identify these gaps before investing more time or money in a CRM.
If you’re currently working from spreadsheets and considering a CRM, comment “CHECK” or send me a message and I’ll send it to you.
