The Access, by design. initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to psychological literacy and responsible delivery.

At the end of each quarter, we set aside capacity to offer a small number of structured sessions and resources to the community. These offerings are time-bound, application-based, and designed to provide clarity, skills, and orientation, not treatment or ongoing care.

Participation is offered in exchange for reflective feedback, helping ensure the work remains grounded, useful, and ethically delivered.
