I built a GoHighLevel workflow that can read a customer review and decide what should happen next.
Here’s how it works:
A new review comes in from Google or Facebook.
🤖 AI analyzes the review.
It determines whether the customer is positive, negative, or neutral.
Then the workflow takes the appropriate path automatically.
Happy customer? → Continue the reputation-building process.
Unhappy customer? → Flag the review, create a task, and give the business an opportunity to follow up.
