An experimental transmission from Subchannel 9, a fictional broadcast world built through corrupted media, institutional language and fragmented lore. I combined mixed media, editing, sound design and original voice performance to make the broadcast itself part of the story while positioning the viewer as its subject.

The video itself is a short promo built around Cymphony’s product, with a mix of UI, typography and 3D throughout.
A lot happens in under a minute, but this is one of those projects where the final result stayed very close to what I had in mind from the beginning.

Wenceslaus Hollar's 1645 etching, after Leonardo da Vinci, depicts two figures facing one another with deliberately exaggerated facial features. The work explores a striking encounter through distortion, expression, and close observation.
The Beauty Between Them asks a simple question: What if beauty exists in the eyes of the person looking at you?
Inspired by Hollar's A deformed couple facing each other, I kept the figures' distinctive features rather than correcting or beautifying them. Instead, I transformed the world around their encounter. Their shared gaze becomes the source of warmth, tenderness, and beauty, as though the way they see each other changes reality itself.
I wanted the work to challenge the idea that beauty is an objective quality, and instead explore it as something created through recognition, affection, and perception.

🖤 Version 01
All black. The icon and wordmark read as one unified mark no hierarchy between symbol and type. It's serious, versatile, and disappears into any context. Works on light backgrounds, merch, docs, favicons. This version says infrastructure the kind of brand that doesn't need color to be recognized.
🟣 Version 02
Purple icon, black wordmark. The color separates the symbol from the type the icon becomes a standalone asset with its own identity. It's more ownable, more digital-native, and more memorable at a glance. This version says product the kind of brand that wants to be spotted in a feed.
