What are the steps to reach here?
1) Build up your profile to whatever your niche is. Try that your profile reaches in top 1% creatives. Otherwise atleast aim for 5% no less than that.
2) Try applying to job within 1-2 hours of it being posted.
3) Try posting in the community regularly and try staying active...
