@Deepgram Big shout out to Deepgram for making Voice DAR memos possible! For private security professionals EVERYWHERE! Missionready.dev now offers Voice DAR reports , transcribed by Deepgram.

Here’s how it works:

1. Push the mic button, record your audio.

2. original audio is saved in a file preserved with a timestamp of the audio start recording time. 3. Audio file is instantly sent through deepgrams speech to text API, transcribing the audio. This picks up speakers, all individuals who spoke - and what they said.

4. after the audio file is transcribed, it will then convert to an AI-assisted one sentence summary.

5. After the summarization is completed. User / Guard , will have the option to “follow up” on or, add comments in a text box OR, upload another audio file to reiterate any transcription errors or, to add more depth to the situation for notable purposes.

6. Submit. After verifying the transcript, Summarization and adding (optional) notes via voice memo or text “reply”, the audio file is sent with the transcript->AI summary an any additional commentary with the original timestamp to a digital folder to store the audio file with the other applicable info for that log.

7. That log, then uploads to a “D.A.R. Shift sheet”, on that digitally stored file. After that, it duplicates itself (without the audio attached) - onto a mirrored DAR sheet. Each time throughout the shift per guard, it updates with the same things.

8. At the end of a guards shift - all logs throughout the shift are presented to the guard on one single shift sheet for approval once more. When guard approves the logs, the sheet is then stored on a client/company sided , PDF print ready file. This is so everything other than the audio, can be printed if need be.
