GLOSSORA is a modern, appointment-based vehicle washing and detailing platform designed for vehicle owners in Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It aims to eliminate long waiting times, walk-in queues, and the inconvenience of manually managing service appointments by providing a smooth online booking experience and an organized admin dashboard.

Traditional vehicle wash and detailing services often rely on walk-in customers and manual appointment management. This can lead to long queues, uncertain waiting times, overlapping bookings, inefficient staff scheduling, and a frustrating customer experience. Business owners also face difficulties managing bookings, service availability, and daily operations efficiently.
💡 Solution
GLOSSORA provides a responsive web platform where customers can explore vehicle care services, select their vehicle type, choose a preferred service, and book an available date and time slot. Customers can view their booking details and access booking lookup features.
The platform also includes an admin dashboard to manage appointments, service offerings, pricing, availability, and customer information. This helps streamline daily operations, reduce scheduling conflicts, and provide customers with a more convenient and reliable booking experience.

💻 Project Scope
The current challenge prototype uses frontend functionality and mock data to demonstrate the customer booking journey and admin dashboard. Real OTP, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway, and backend integrations are not included in this prototype.
