This is a "we miss you" email I wrote for a solid perfume brand called Aura Fragrances.
​The Goal: Get old customers who stopped buying to come back and take another look, without sounding pushy or desperate.
​Why it works: Instead of sending a boring, robotic sales email, I wrote this to sound like a warm catch-up from a friend. Since their perfume comes in a jar, I focused on the sensory details—like the daily habit of dabbing it on your wrists—to remind them of how much they loved the product.
​The Offer: It smoothly lets them know about a brand-new scent launch and leaves them with a friendly 15% discount to encourage them to try it out.
​This version feels way more authentic and shows clients that you know how to write like a real human!
