Tusk & Quill: An AI-Assisted Editorial Content System
Independent publications often struggle to create consistent, high-quality social content. Every new post requires design decisions, formatting, and visual exploration, making content production slow and difficult to scale.
Tusk & Quill needed a repeatable framework that could support thoughtful editorial content while maintaining a recognizable visual identity.
To solve this, I created an editorial content system consisting of reusable templates, typography standards, graphic elements, and content structures that can be used across future posts and campaigns.

Amazing!
Treating editorial content as a design system rather than a series of one-off pieces is the right call. The friction usually comes from not having a visual language defined upfront, so every post starts from scratch. The yellow works hard here, the color alone gives the whole grid a recognizable identity.

We've made saying "I love you" disposable. A text, an emoji, a $4 card that looks like everyone else's. Dear makes one small act of love feel worth keeping.
You answer five small questions about someone you love: a color that feels like them, a place you think of, a small thing they do, one line you'd want them to know. Dear then composes a one-of-one keepsake: a short letter written from those exact details, over a soft painting generated from the details of your answers. Because it's built from the little things only you know, no two are ever alike.
Built with Figma's suite: the art direction was made in Figma Weave, the whole experience was built in Figma Make (prompt to code), then exported into Claude Code to bring it to life. Live letter-writing and a painting generated for each person.

I designed EyeText 👁️, an eye-controlled communication experience for people who have difficulty speaking or using their hands.
Using eye tracking and intentional blinks, users can navigate a keyboard, create messages, and convert them into speech. The experience also includes personalized calibration and quick communication cards for everyday needs.
What excites me most about this project is how quickly an idea became reality. Using Figma Make, I was able to transform a concept into a working interactive experience with a single prompt.

Introducing PUNCH IT! 🎉
I'm so excited to share my final submission to the #ConfigMakeathon !!
The prompt was to create something that improves your life, community or world.
As an early career designer heading to Config next week, what I needed to improve was my networking anxiety 😅
So I built PUNCH IT! A digital business card that rewards networking.
When someone opens it, they get your contact info, portfolio, and LinkedIn.
Then they stamp it...anonymously, or with their own info for a future coffee chat.
Every stamp represents a real person you connected with.
If you want to be competitive, you can also collect cards from other people and add them to your collection (which is ranked based on number of punches 🫢)
The best part is that the app itself is the icebreaker. Asking someone to punch your card is a reason to talk.
It reframes networking from something you have to survive into something that actually feels like progress.
I started with sketches, built it out in Figma Make with a Supabase backend, and went through 126 versions before landing on the final version.
