I developed an interactive Employee Attrition Analysis Dashboard in Power BI to help understand workforce turnover and identify key factors associated with employee attrition.
The dashboard provides insights into total employees, employees who left, attrition rate, job satisfaction, average years at the company, and department-wise attrition. It also analyzes attrition across job titles, overtime hours, and job satisfaction levels, with interactive filtering for deeper exploration.
Tools: Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query
