I’m currently designing an internal scheduling and organization app for Encore Orthodontics, and these are a few of the screens from the project so far.
The app is being built to help their team stay organized across three Ohio offices, with screens focused on things like daily scheduling, office rosters, team coordination, and monthly planning.
Partway through the project, Encore went through a rebrand, which meant the product had to evolve with it. New colors, a new visual language, and a new direction while still maintaining the workflows and functionality we had already established.
These are the redesigned Home, Office Roster, and Month Review screens.
Product design isn’t always linear. Sometimes you just have to embrace the chaos and keep building.
