Multi-App Commerce & POS Platform — Laravel API + React Apps

Goal: replace a patchwork of tools with one system running web, tablet, kiosk and counter POS for retail and F&B businesses. Solution: a Laravel REST API on PostgreSQL with Redis queues and Reverb websockets for live order updates, plus React + TypeScript front-ends compiled to native Android via Capacitor. Integrated Stripe and GKASH checkout, thermal receipt printing, Malaysian LHDN e-invoicing and QuickBooks/Xero sync. Impact: the full 9-service stack runs from a single Docker Compose command, and outlets keep selling offline via IndexedDB sync.
