QBot — Multi-Tenant Ordering & Admin Platform
Built a Laravel 11 platform that allows one back-office to manage multiple outlets while keeping each outlet’s data separate.
I worked on the multi-tenant API structure, with separate endpoints for the back office, POS, and kiosk. The platform uses Sanctum for authentication and Spatie for role and permission management. I also worked on GKASH payments, two-way QuickBooks and Xero syncing, real-time order updates with Pusher, and sales reports in PDF and Excel.
The setup makes it possible to add new outlets to the same platform while keeping their data and user access properly separated.

QBotu — Multi-App Commerce Platform
Built a multi-service Laravel platform replacing separate tools used by retail and F&B businesses, covering web, tablet, kiosk and counter POS.
The backend is a Laravel REST API with PostgreSQL, Redis queues and Reverb for real-time order updates. I built the React/TypeScript frontends and packaged the POS and kiosk apps for Android using Capacitor.
Includes Stripe and GKASH payments, thermal receipt printing, Malaysian LHDN e-invoicing, and QuickBooks/Xero sync. Runs on Docker Compose, and the POS keeps working offline via IndexedDB, syncing once back online.

Laravel Florist Order & Delivery Platform
Built a Laravel-based order and delivery platform for a florist, connecting the online store with on-demand courier services.
I handled the Lalamove V3 and Borzo integrations from the ground up using their raw APIs rather than an SDK. This included:
- HMAC-SHA256 signing for outgoing requests and webhook signature verification
- Multi-stop delivery quotes for orders going to multiple recipients
- Bulk dispatch for sending several orders to the courier at once
- Webhooks that automatically update an order when the courier marks the delivery as completed
I also built the Shopify integration. A scheduled job syncs products, variants, customers, and addresses from Shopify into the local system. When an order is delivered, the fulfillment status is pushed back to Shopify through the Admin GraphQL API.
For the Laravel side, I moved heavier tasks into queues to keep order placement responsive and added role-based permissions using Spatie. I also worked on country/state handling and phone number validation.
On the frontend, I worked on the Blade templates and updated the Bootstrap/jQuery-based storefront to support the different themes and layouts.

Built a multi-site parking and gate management SaaS using Laravel 13, React 18, and TypeScript. The Laravel REST API uses Sanctum and Spatie permissions and supports three portals for HQ admins, site operators, and customers. Integrated LPR cameras and TCP-controlled barriers/kiosks for automated vehicle entry and exit. The system also handles live occupancy, season passes, billing, and rewards, with a shared data model keeping customers, vehicles, passes, and parking capacity in sync. Deployed using Docker Compose with automated backups.
