This is absolutely beautiful concept work; the idea of a Luxury Eco-lodge in the Peruvian Amazon is truly inspired!
What was the biggest visual challenge in merging the feeling of "luxury" with the "raw, wild Peruvian Amazon" environment?
Believe it or not there are many luxury eco lodges in the Peruvian Amazon! I think that for this I wanted it to feel very modern and vibrant but still connected to the ecosystem, just not in a very cliché way :) I added that pop of red to break with the green color palette and I think that worked pretty well.
Absolutely! That modern, vibrant approach paired with the pop of red is the perfect way to make it feel connected but non-cliché.
What was the key design decision you made to ensure the pop of red felt organic and high-end rather than jarring against the deep green palette?
The palette came together looking at different flowers you can find in the amazon actually! So looking at the nature that was around was key to make this cohesive :)
