The platform helps businesses manage their financial operations from a single dashboard, including company management, ledgers, vouchers, invoicing, inventory, assets, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
Users begin by creating a company and then manage all accounting activities within that company. Finvora AI follows double-entry accounting principles and provides a structured workflow for recording financial transactions, tracking outstanding balances, monitoring cash flow, and generating financial reports.
The platform includes an AI Financial Assistant that analyzes business data, highlights overdue payments, identifies financial trends, and provides actionable insights to help business owners make better decisions.

How Bubble AI Was Used
The project started entirely from a Bubble AI-generated foundation. Bubble AI generated the initial application structure, dashboard, navigation, and accounting modules based on a detailed ERP-focused prompt.
The generated foundation was then refined with:

Enhanced financial dashboard design
AI financial insight features
Dark theme UI improvements
Business-focused reporting and analytics

One challenge many freelancers face is turning messy client messages into clear project scopes and professional invoices.
A client sends a paragraph, voice note, or email describing what they need, and you spend valuable time figuring out deliverables, timelines, pricing, and invoice details.
So I built InvoiceFlow AI.
✨ What it does:
• Analyzes client briefs using AI
• Generates a structured project scope
• Identifies deliverables and timelines
• Highlights missing requirements and risks
• Creates invoice-ready line items
• Stores projects in a centralized dashboard

The Pitch:
Reporting infrastructure issues is broken. Citizens face clunky portals, and city workers are overwhelmed by duplicate tickets. Civic-Sync is an AI-powered, two-sided platform that bridges this gap to make neighborhoods safer and faster.
The Build & Tools Used:
The Citizen App (Mobile): A hyper-accessible web app. Citizens snap a photo of a hazard. We utilized Figma Weave to auto-detect the issue type and severity, skipping long forms.
The Council Board (Desktop): A triage Kanban board for city workers. We used the Figma Agent to group duplicate reports and the Figma MCP to bridge the citizen data directly to the dashboard.
The Workflow: Built in Figma, Make using a strict "tokenmaxxing" strategy. I used a foundational guidelines md file to ensure instant WCAG AA compliance and relied on manual code edits rather than reprompting to save AI credits.
