The Pitch:
Reporting infrastructure issues is broken. Citizens face clunky portals, and city workers are overwhelmed by duplicate tickets. Civic-Sync is an AI-powered, two-sided platform that bridges this gap to make neighborhoods safer and faster.
The Build & Tools Used:
The Citizen App (Mobile): A hyper-accessible web app. Citizens snap a photo of a hazard. We utilized Figma Weave to auto-detect the issue type and severity, skipping long forms.
The Council Board (Desktop): A triage Kanban board for city workers. We used the Figma Agent to group duplicate reports and the Figma MCP to bridge the citizen data directly to the dashboard.
The Workflow: Built in Figma, Make using a strict "tokenmaxxing" strategy. I used a foundational guidelines md file to ensure instant WCAG AA compliance and relied on manual code edits rather than reprompting to save AI credits.
One of the best designs I’ve seen today. Really solid work 👏 keep pushing.

The mark fans out from a narrow point, while the wordmark leans forward. together, they give it a sense of movement without needing much detail.
There’s a lot of color in the wider identity, so the logo holds its own in plain white. Simple geometry with enough weight to stand up to everything around it.

Honestly, I never thought Figma Motion could generate motion this smooth, it’s starting to feel surprisingly close to what I’d normally achieve in After Effects.
Figma Motion is definitely making motion exploration much more accessible for product designers. 👀
This is getting surprisingly close to AE for quick motion exploration. Curious how well it holds up once the animations get more complex.
