When I started freelancing, I was ready to apply for almost every opportunity I found.
But after reaching out to businesses and reviewing different project requirements, I've realized something important:
Getting a client isn't just about convincing someone to hire you. It's also about knowing whether you're the right person for the job.
Some projects require custom development. Others need complete brand identity work. My current focus is on responsive landing pages and websites built with Framer and WordPress.
I'm learning to ask better questions before committing:
What problem does the client want to solve?
Can I deliver the work confidently?
Is the budget reasonable for the scope?
Can I meet the deadline without compromising quality?
I'm still working on getting more clients, but I'm also learning how to approach freelancing more professionally.
Day 24 — Fewer random applications, more relevant opportunities.
I designed Keel as a fintech website concept focused on presenting financial products through a clean layout, clear messaging, and a simple user experience.
I’ve also built the website in Framer. Check it out below!

Congrats on the launch Nilkanth! Keel looks super clean — love how you kept the fintech messaging simple and focused. The "Take Control of Your Financial Future" hero with the app preview balances trust and clarity perfectly. Great job building it in Framer too!
