Most proposal tools treat scope, pricing, and approval as separate steps.
I built Noerong Proposals around a simpler idea: one clear decision should live in one clear place.
The workflow brings together three moments:
Structure the scope, line items, discounts, tax, and currency.
Share one polished, branded proposal link with the client.
Keep comments, acceptance, rejection, and activity in context.
The main design challenge was not adding more features. It was deciding what a client needs to understand before they feel confident saying yes.
The result is a focused React and TypeScript proposal workspace for independent teams, with client records, business defaults, user-isolated workspaces, and a dashboard for every active decision.
Demo screens use fictional data.

Keeping comments, acceptance, and rejection inside the same record as the pricing is the real decision here — most proposal tools split that history into a separate thread and you lose the "why" behind a client's edit.
