For over 30 years, my father's business R.S. Packers has been manufacturing corrugated boxes, printed cartons, stickers, and labels for businesses
Before:
No website
No digital product catalogue
Customer enquiries came through phone calls and WhatsApp
Quotations were prepared manually

For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I wanted to change that.
Instead of building a fictional project, I built something my father can actually use every day.

Built with Base44, the platform includes:

📦 A digital catalogue for corrugated boxes, printed boxes, stickers, and labels
🤖 An AI Packaging Assistant that answers FAQs, recommends packaging solutions, qualifies leads, and creates quotation requests in both English and Hindi
📝 A guided quotation workflow where customers can submit their requirements, dimensions, printing specifications, and reference files
📊 An admin dashboard to manage enquiries, track lead status, prioritize high-value customers, and organize follow-ups

Leads are synchronized to Google Sheets
Instant WhatsApp notifications are sent to the business owner
