we tried to go for zero decisions on the user's side; the button figures it out :)
We were hired to turn a vibe-coded MVP into a proper autonomous finance ops product.
Early users felt something was off, but couldn’t quite say what.
One of the first things we found was onboarding: 20+ screens, all technically justified.
So we asked what actually needed the user, and what AI could quietly handle in the background.
We got it down to 8 screens.
Less friction, same outcome, much better start.
