Modern Contact Management Platform for Smarter Relationship Tracking

Overview Wize Contacts is a lightweight contact management platform designed to help users organize contacts, track interactions, and manage relationships in one place. The goal was to simplify how individuals and teams handle contact data without the complexity of traditional CRM tools.

Problem Managing contacts across emails, notes, and spreadsheets becomes messy and inefficient. Most tools are either too basic or too complex, making it harder to maintain and use contact data effectively.

Approach I focused on creating a simple yet structured system. Reduced unnecessary complexity while ensuring users can manage contacts, track interactions, and access important information without friction.

Solution • Centralized contact management with notes and custom fields • Email syncing for automatic interaction tracking • Flexible grouping of people and organizations • Clean and intuitive interface for everyday use

Outcome A streamlined platform that helps users stay organized, improve relationship tracking, and manage contacts more efficiently without relying on complex CRM systems.

This is my submission for the Rive HMI Challenge. The concept is set in a post-apocalyptic world where manufacturing infrastructure is gone so vehicles aren't manufactured, they're built from whatever's available. The platform is modular: body, trailer, cargo bed all swappable depending on the job. This configuration is a scout and light delivery vehicle operating at -32° in terrain with unmapped threats. Get to the destination. Don't die. The UI follows the same logic as the vehicle. It's a grid system where each screen tile can be swapped based on what the situation demands. Instrument cluster, climate controls, navigation, vehicle diagnostics, everything reconfigurable. This was my first time building a full HMI system in Rive, state machines, nested artboards, data binding, the whole thing. Honestly it was a lot of fun. There's a point where it just makes sense after all the struggle to figure out state machine based systems. UI designed in Rive. Car model put together in Blender. Comp and Edited in After Effects.
