Co-founded Jambro (2017–2019) — a two-sided marketplace connecting independent musicians with venues, fans, and event organizers across multiple countries. As co-founder and CTO, I led product, design, and engineering from zero to shipped iOS + Android apps.
Key decisions: supply-first marketplace strategy (build the artist side first so every new artist has a public profile + bookable link from day one), Android-first parity in 2017 to unlock non-iPhone markets, and the Jambassadors program — a community-driven ambassador network that became our primary growth channel, reaching 100+ artists across Pakistan and international markets.
The product was paused due to resource constraints. No longer active, but remains the clearest demonstration of 0→1 product thinking in my career.
