We took a slow, manual loan process and turned it into a smooth, automated machine. For this US-based fintech, I led the project to automate the entire loan lifecycle, from registration and verification to disbursement and reconciliation. After researching user pain points, I worked closely with our dev team to build a tool that simplified the complex work for everyone involved. It was a challenging project that required deep problem-solving, but the result was a much faster and more reliable system for our users.
