Built a fully automated cold email outreach system using n8n that runs every day on a schedule without any manual work. The workflow automatically reads leads from Google Sheets, checks if they have already been contacted to avoid duplicate emails, and sends a personalized cold email to each new lead with their name, business type and city. After 2 days it automatically sends a follow-up email to leads who haven’t responded. The Google Sheet is updated automatically after each email and follow-up is sent so the business owner always knows the status of every lead.
